Lava / Asu here, i am passionate minecraft builder and game designer from Ukraine (25, she/her).

Brief work history:

I was interested in casual building and map making since 2012 and moved to professional league around 2018 due to passion projects becoming more and more advanced as i studied architecture, design and composition in uni.

Been working for several minigames projects in 2018-2020 both as a build team member and solo/lead map designer doing all sorts of building-related tasks.

Soon enough i picked up game design skills while working on an all time favorite mc rpg project and end up primarily managing it for more than 3 years as a full time contributor. I was providing content updates, writing lore/quests/code tasks, doing balancing, managing database, designing and physically building new locations&dungeons, upgrading older content, fighting local criminality and much, much more.
Eventually i made a quick and somewhat forced decision to left that project for good due to work conditions escalating to insufferable levels. Sadly i was constantly under pressure from abusive, toxic and sexist community/staff members all while suffering from ongoing war and physical/mental health issues, overwhelming lack of morality, harrasment, injustice and disrespect. -
After reaching a breaking point and going through year long recovery process i wish to continue doing what i think im good at as a freelancer, or find my place in new team among kind&supportive people o/
I am most experienced with 1.12 and 1.8 block pallets and do not overload my builds with unnecesary complex details that take a lot of time to design and can be tiring for builder and viewer. I like my builds whole, clean and transparent with explicit focus points and minimal visual noise
I'm good at building big lobbies, hubs, closed-type dungeons, arenas, realistic architecture etc. Also i can recreate things from media and real life (including google street view) with consistant scaling and detailing. Big projects like rpg locations dont scare me if they are unique and fun to build
